- 0.2 lb American Black Patent
- 0.2 lb Belgian Biscuit
- 0.2 lb Belgian Aromatic
- 0.75 lb honey (added to boil)
Hops
- 1 oz Cascade (60 min)
- 2 tbsp ginger root (8 min)
- 1 oz cinnamon stick (8 min)
- 0.5 oz Saaz (2 min)

- Wyeast Belgian Abbey Ale II - 1762
