Fermentables

  • 8.7 lb Belgian Pilsner
  • 0.5 lb UK Crystal 60L
  • 0.2 lb American Black Patent
  • 0.2 lb Belgian Biscuit
  • 0.2 lb Belgian Aromatic
  • 0.75 lb honey (added to boil)

Hops

  • 1 oz Cascade (60 min)
  • 2 tbsp ginger root (8 min)
  • 1 oz cinnamon stick (8 min)
  • 0.5 oz Saaz (2 min)

Yeast

  • Wyeast Belgian Abbey Ale II - 1762
